Description of AUVC closed industrial cooling tower

A:Cooler system

1)Copper tube:Using TP2 deacidification copper tube which the purity is 99.9%.With advantage of high anti-corrosion.Pressure-resistant design is 1.6Mpa/

2)Steel tube:It is made of superior seamless steel tube which after 3 times classification and overall 2.5Mpa extreme pressures test.And it also have treatment with HDG in high temperature melting tank.So that we can make sure the steel tube have excellent performance.

B:Casing

Using mulching aluminum-zinc plate which is imported fully from South Korea.

It is made of aluminum(weight ratio is 55%,volume ratio of appearance is 80%),Zinc(weight ratio is 43.3%) and silicon(weight ratio is 1.6%).

The aluminum-zinc plate is composite advantage of Aluminum's anti-corrosion,heat resistance and Zinc's sacrificial anode.

It becomes the best product which have composite characteristic of aluminum-plated steel plates and galvanized steel sheet.

The service life is more than 3 times of common galvanized steel sheet.

C:Long distance control system

Wind temptation design and conform aerodynamics.The fan stack take full advantage of gas flow field homogenization ,narrowed down the vortex flow areas and lowered flow resistance.It reduce 34% lost of air outlet kinetic energy and increase fan delivery and efficiency.

F:Shield

Crimped shield can protect cooling tower from leaf,plastic bag and other things.The crimped shield effective protect the fan and safe operating of equipment.

G:Air-inlet grille

The air-inlet grille(PVC material) can keep off light,splash and dust.

The large air output,small wind-resistance design can bring down fan energy.And there are no phenomenon that water splash out of the tower.

The air-inlet grille can prevent water from sunniness that can keep using temperature and quality of spray water and avoid dusty and algal.

H:Spray pump

Using high flow low head lift pump.Have advantage of low water pressure,low loss and no-blocking.

I:Nozzle

Using ABS or PP material basket newest style nozzle.Have a

high strength,long service life,fine water,uniform water spraying,large spray area and good cooling result.And it effective reducing loss of spray pump.
